My favorite project:

E N S E M B L E   S P I R I T U O S I

Classical & Folks music from Europe, Latin America and the Caribbeans

Connotations coming to one's mind such as Spirit, Fire, Air, Breath and Distillate were not unintentional when looking for a name for this sublime ensemble.
The unusual combination oft he soprano voice, flute and cello of the sisters Nathalie, Evelyn and Nicole Peña Comas with guitars played by Damien Lancelle and Gonzalo Manrique and the Double bass played by Rubén Sánchez offers inventive arrangement options in various musical styles. The purpose behind each arrangement of Spirituosi's exotic repertoire, be it classic or folklore mainly from Latin America, is to keep the essential aspects of the original and, at the same time, to create something new and unique for this special formation.

With introductions to its proposed program the ensemble seeks to involve the audience providing them with an interactive musical experience.

International performances: Austria, Dominican Republic, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.

Venues such as: MuTH - Vienna Boys Choir Hall, Teatrino Hall - Liceu in Barcelona, Bauer Palace in Madrid, Teatro Nacional Eduardo Brito and Palacio de Bellas Artes in Santo Domingo.

Our first Album "SOUVENIR LATINO" won 3 Gold Medals at International GLOBAL MUSIC AWARDS 2018 in Los Angeles,  CA;  also Spirituosi received the Premio to Best Classical Concert in the SOBERANO AWARDS 2015 in the Dom. Rep.
